Fiona is currently seen appearing on Backstrom for Fox and will be seen on the upcoming series The Returned for A&E.

Born and raised in New York City, Fiona connected to performing through piano and songwriting as a child. She delved into theatre during University, winning numerous acting awards and receiving a Regent Citation for Contribution to The Arts. During her studies she wrote the score for three musicals and had work commissioned by Paul Anka. Upon graduation, Fiona headed to Los Angeles and began studying with renowned acting coach Ivana Chubbuck, who mentored Fiona, and quickly began training her as an acting teacher.

While learning Ivana’s technique, Fiona joined The Actors Playground, where she both acted and directed in over thirty-five original theatre works. In the late 90’s, Ivana brought Fiona up to Vancouver to oversee “The Ivana Chubbuck Acting Studio.” There, Fiona ran the business, taught classes and coached actors on film and TV sets for over five years. While teaching, Fiona also guest starred on numerous television series and appeared in many studio films including, Connie and Carla, A Guy Thing, See Spot Run, an infamous scene in the cult film Freddie Got Fingered, and a supporting lead in I, Robot with Will Smith.

Fiona is also one of the top voice-over talents on the West coast, with credits on hundreds of radio and TV shows, the lead in the animated series Evolution, and seven animated films. She most recently co-created Mental the Musical, which played to great success in LA and is in development on a film version.
