Originally from the north of England, Andrew made the move to Vancouver in 2002. After initially working as a camera operator in the UK, the industry landscape in North America made him realign his passion and he joined what was then, one of the top talent agencies in Vancouver. After finding success with established actors as well proving an eye for raw talent he went on to set up Webster Talent Management to better service his clients. With a focus on a more personal, management style of service, WTM has the reputation of developing some of the most exciting actors to emerge out of Canada. On the flip side to artist management, Andrew is also producing and helping clients develop content for the screen. His first feature Comforting Skin premiered at Slamdance as one of ten first time features selected worldwide. He is currently in pre-production on his second feature Transference.
Outside of the hectic business life, Andrew enjoys quality time with his family in beautiful Squamish, BC and hiking the local mountains. He also gives back to the community and sits on the advisory board of Langara College’s Film Arts program as well he is a member of his local strata council.
